will have previous chef experience, have an eye for detail & a passion for perfection. You will have a passion for quality and service, have exceptional organisational skills and be able to work using your own initiative.

Job Overview:

As

Senior Chef De Partie

, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen and supporting junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation in line with the hotel's standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain efficiency and excellence in service.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Cook or Chef in a Hotel, Restaurant, or similar environment. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices (e.g., HACCP and Food Safety certification preferred). Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Sound operational background.
