Role Overview

As Chef de Partie, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding food to our guests while supporting the kitchen leadership team. You'll:

Confidently lead your section, ensuring consistency and excellence during every service Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene Mentor and guide junior chefs, supporting their development and setting a positive example Work closely with the Sous and Head Chef to contribute ideas for menus, specials, and seasonal updates Step up to help deputise when senior chefs are absent Follow recipes and specifications while contributing creative ideas Support with daily kitchen operations including prep planning, stock control, and ordering

What You'll Need

Experience in a similar fresh food kitchen environment Great attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for hospitality Ability to thrive in a high-pressure kitchen and work as part of a close team A desire to learn, progress, and be part of something bigger
