```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure that our customers have a memorable dining experience. ```Duties``` - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards - Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and marinating - Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies - Ensure that food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented in an appealing manner - Follow proper food handling and safety procedures - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience working as a Line Cook or in a similar role - Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods - Strong understanding of kitchen sanitation and safety regulations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you have a passion for cooking and enjoy working in a dynamic restaurant setting, we would love to hear from you.
