Bread Meats Bread is an award winning local and independent Scottish burger chain.
We are looking to immediately hire a Senior chef with suitable experience in managing very busy fast-paced kitchen environments for our
90 92 Lothian Road, Edinburgh
We offer flexible hours, good rate of pay, PLUS good tips, sales commission and free meals. 35 - 45 hours a week.
Senior chef starting wage of 13.0 per hour plus around extra 3-4per hour in tips as well as great staff food, paid breaks and perks.

Responsibilities
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are served. Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards to comply with food safety regulations. Lead and manage kitchen staff, providing training and support to enhance culinary skills. Coordinate with team members to streamline food production and service. Ensure efficient kitchen operations while delivering exceptional hospitality to guests.
