We are seeking talented and experienced senior chefs and Line Cooks to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering an exceptional experience to our guests. You will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, cleaning, ensuring standards of food safety and quality are met, and working with a team of kitchen staff and management.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook quality dishes in accordance with our menu specifications. A minimum of 1 years experience is required. However, no stress, we will teach you everything you need to know to progress and succeed. Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment. Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure success. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Assist in kitchen procedures and best practices. Monitor food inventory and communicate any needs to kitchen management. Maintain equipment and utensils in good working order, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods while maintaining attention to detail. Progression is available within the business for the right candidate. Competitive hourly rates or salary offers to the right candidates. Full time hours available as well as part time.

Experience

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong culinary skills with a solid understanding of food preparation techniques and presentation standards. Knowledge of culinary terminology. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential. Strong communication skills & working within a team. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
