Who we are looking for...
? Someone with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children and young people
? A calm, consistent and nurturing individual
? Must hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
? Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
? Must be 21 or over (Ofsted requirement)

? You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
? You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care - this is not deemed equivalent
? You have only worked in healthcare, NHS, CQC or as a Nursery Practitioner - this experience is not suitable
? You require sponsorship - no sponsorship available
? You have only worked in a CQC setting and not an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
