What you'll do

Support our young people with day-to-day activities, including personal care, meal times, and household routines.

Encourage independence and help build essential life skills through fun and engaging activities.

Be a positive role model, building trusting relationships and providing emotional support.

Help plan and take part in recreational outings, educational trips, and creative activities.

Work closely with your team to follow care plans and support each young person's unique needs.

Keep clear and accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.

About you

You're caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about working with children and young people.

You have great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

You can handle challenges calmly and maintain professional boundaries at all times.

You're flexible and willing to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
