Senior Residential Support Worker

SALARY:

13.60 - 14.20


(4 - 8 sleep ins per month at 62.64 per each)

Hours:

shift pattern covering long days plus sleep ins.


Keys Group are looking for an experienced, caring children's support worker to play a role in our family home. You will be able to demonstrate emotional resilience on a daily basis, to give encouragement and praise when needed, to offer support with mental health and wellbeing and inspire them to grow and develop.


The role can be challenging and complex and you could be dealing with sometimes difficult situations but you could be the person to change their life.

What do you need?

A minimum of 12 months Childrens home experience and a level 3 qualification in residential childcare which will be recognised in your hourly pay rate.

Experience or knowledge of child-centred, therapeutic models. Great communication skills, naturally caring, flexible and resilient. You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available. Full UK Driving licence is required.
