We are recruiting for a dynamic travel Consultant,

fluent in Mandarin.

This position is to join a growing travel company to pursue sales leads for the China market for both inbound and outbound travel to China.

You will be working with an international company who works with all the leading airlines and has tour operation and cruise division. The company has been established in the UK since 1986 and has operations in 4 countries.

If you have an active interest in travel and proven experience in working with Chinese travellers and within a customer service environment, this could be the ideal role for you. You will also require the following skills or experience:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of handling complaints and managing customer expectations A great team player with strong PC skills
Joining the team as a Senior Travel Consultant specialising in Aviation, you will:

Handle enquiries over the telephone and in writing Have a passion for analysing revenue and passengers Have confidence in supporting colleagues and clients across the globe Be able to create a strategy for developing a product that you can then lead for marketing and sales.
Knowledge of a GDS such as Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus will be an advantage
