Maintaining Claims Allocation:

Managing Diary and Post Allocations:

Monthly Audits and 121 Meetings:
Conduct regular audits to assess team performance, adherence to processes, and compliance. One-on-one meetings with team members allow for feedback, growth, and alignment.
Staff Training

Knowledge and Abilities:
Motor Claims Experience
