Senior Claims Handler



Salary: 37,000 per annum with an increase on completion of 6-month probation



Hours:

47-hour contract, working Monday - Friday 8-5 and every other Saturday 8-12.



You will also be rota 'ed to work some bank holidays 8-12.

We are looking for a Senior Claims Handler to help the kickstart the expansion of our claims team to our Bristol Emersons Site. The Senior Claims Handler plays a vital role in ensuring that the Claims Handlers team delivers consistent, high-quality service across all our sites, departments, and insurers, while ensuring adherence to company procedures

The role will include, but is not limited to:



To manage and maintain Halo's Bodyshop's booking, ensuring all sites have the correct number of vehicles. Support your team and answer any day-day queries. Accurately input and audit data into Halos systems. Supervise all Claims Handlers, ensuring they complete bookings and respond to inbound calls and emails. Manage the teams SLA's and KPI's and address any individual performance issues within your team. Effectively communicate any feedback with the Claims Manager. Ensure delivery of consistent, high-quality repair packages on every claim. Provide support to Claims Manager for ad hoc projects. Oversee, assist and deliver training to any new/current Claims Handlers. Provide cover for customer experience Team Leader and Manager when required. Deliver the highest levels of empathetic customer service, setting every customer's journey in the right direction.

What we are looking for?



Experience in delivering excellent customer service. Able to commit to flexible working hours for consistency of service. Self-motivated, enthusiastic and extremely organised with a keen eye for detail. Keen to support others and be a cooperative team player. Be a key communicator. Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given to a high standard.
