The Senior Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing clinical operations within our organisation. Responsibilities



Supervise and mentor clinical staff to foster professional development and ensure adherence to best practices. Manage day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of patient care. Oversee financial management within the clinical setting, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control. Collaborate with human resources to recruit, train, and retain top talent in the veterinary field. Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including staff, clients, and external partners. Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a clinical or veterinary environment. Strong background in financial management and budgeting processes. Excellent human resources skills with experience in recruitment and staff development. Veterinary experience is highly desirable to understand the nuances of clinical operations. Exceptional leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills to motivate teams effectively. Ability to analyse complex situations and make sound decisions under pressure. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
