Applications are invited for the position of Senior (post-CCT or ST7+) Neurosurgical Oncology Fellow at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, from the period 7 August 2024 for 1 year.

This post is designed as a 1-year post for senior neurosurgical trainees who have obtained their certificate of completion of training (CCT) in neurosurgery (or are ST7 + equivalent), and who wish to develop their skills and gain experience in advanced neurosurgical oncology in a major centre of excellence. The successful applicant will be working in the firm of Mr Ciaran Hill, Consultant Neurosurgeon with subspeciality interest in surgical neuro-oncology. Where required they will also be expected to work with other members of the neuro-oncology team to take responsibility for co-ordinating the wider oncology service.The Fellow is expected to participate in the on-call rota, and may cross-cover other firms when necessary, including the 6 other subspecilalised neuro-oncology surgeons.
