Interviews



If you are shortlisted for an interview for this role, you must bring evidence of the following qualifications:



GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills for Maths and English.



If you hold overseas GCSE equivalent qualifications, you will need to bring an ECCTIS comparability statement for you GCSE equivalent qualifications along with your original certificate



A Full Care Certificate OR NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (we can only accept NVQ's from a regulated awarding body).



If you do not bring the above qualifications to your interview, then the interview will not proceed.



Are you an experienced Nursing Assistant/Healthcare Support Worker looking for an opportunity to utilise your proven clinical skills to provide acute care to patients in their own homes? If so, this unique role is for you.



The Acute Care at Home service is a partnership between the University Hospital of North Midlands (UHNM), University Hospital of Derby and Burton (UHDB), Royal Wolverhampton Trust (RWT) and Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT).



The successful applicants will be experienced in acute care delivery and will join an integrated, collaboratively focused team, employing proactive clinical practice and knowledge, to provide clinical assessment, monitoring and support, as part of our urgent care pathways .
