Be part of this 'once in a generation' project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable load low-carbon electricity.

The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke.

What you'll be doing


The Senior Collaboration Manager will provide strategic leadership and coordination across the Enabling and Earthworks scope within the overarching Civils Programme of Sizewell C (SZC). This role is pivotal in ensuring that all stakeholders--internal and external--are aligned in the planning, development, and delivery of the programme, while proactively managing the interfaces and impacts on the wider Project.

Working closely with the Senior Project Director for Enabling Works and Earthworks, the Senior Collaboration Manager will lead the integration of preconstruction and Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) activities, ensuring that delivery strategies are clearly defined and collaboratively agreed. The role will support the successful commencement and execution of the COW (Commencement of Works) scope, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and quality objectives.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, regulators, and internal teams.

Collaborative Leadership
Demonstrated experience in fostering a collaborative culture across multidisciplinary teams to drive alignment, resolve conflicts, and achieve shared goals.

Programme Integration
Skilled in managing complex interfaces across construction, design, commercial, and operational functions to ensure seamless programme delivery.

Strategic Thinking & Planning
Ability to contribute to and influence strategic delivery plans, ensuring alignment with project objectives, constraints, and stakeholder expectations.

Communication & Influence
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
Strong analytical and facilitation skills to identify risks, manage dependencies, and resolve issues collaboratively and proactively.

Change Management
Experience in supporting and leading change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in across evolving project phases.

Governance & Compliance Awareness
Understanding of governance frameworks, assurance processes, and regulatory requirements relevant to major infrastructure projects.
