  • Corporate support for clean energy and infrastructure investments
You'll also have scope to get involved in wider commercial work within the energy sector, supporting a diverse client base of developers, investors, and utilities.
This role will suit Senior Associate or Legal Director level Lawyers who can demonstrate the following:
  • A solid understanding of energy law, regulatory frameworks, and commercial contracts (including PPAs, grid connections, and route-to-market arrangements)
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in the energy and renewables space
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
  • A proactive, commercial mindset and ambition to help develop the team's offering
This firm offers fantastic flexibility and scope to work across their regional offices in the UK, as well as a generous hybrid policy of 2 days in the office per week.
  • Salary in the region of 90,000 - 120,000, depending on experience
