Role Introduction:

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a fast-growing SaaS company? We are looking for an experienced and driven Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between finance and business functions, providing strategic insights that drive business performance.
What You Will Do:
Engage with Stakeholder to senior manager level of the company - partnering Divisional MD, challenge their thinking and help them to make more informed decisions Be effective and proactive as well as constantly seek out opportunities to improve performance and management information Contribute as a member of the business units' management team, responsible and accountable for day-to-day operational performance Relay financial information, provide insights to business performance, challenge their thinking and identify risk to mitigate as well as opportunities to accelerate business performance Work with and guide the business on strategic plan to align organizational objectives and priorities Provide real-time support and analysis as part of decision making process Be/come a trusted advisor and critical friend to the business Manage month end processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes Lead the forecasting and planning for the division Collaborate with the finance team and peers to deliver best in class reporting, forecasting and insightful analysis and transformational change

What You Will Have:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA) Bachelor's degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Finance / Mathematics / Statistics or other relevant subject preferred Strong analytical skills; quantitative or financial techniques with keen approach to problem-solving Excellent communication, presentation, Excel expertise and writing skills Solid background in accounting, financial planning, budgeting and financial modelling Hands-on Salesforce.com an advantage Working within Finance or alongside functional operations an advantage Exposure to BI and Performance Management tools Experience of working within corporate environment Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams Consistent attention to detail and accuracy, delivering outputs of the highest standards Proactive, insightful and commercially astute Solid working knowledge of finance systems Can-do attitude and general interest in problem solving Leadership role or program participation an advantage
