We're seeking a Senior Insurance Account Handler to join a supportive and growing team based in Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with insurance experience who enjoys building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and renewals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to enhance cover or cross-sell services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills - confident both on the phone and face-to-face
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Team player with a positive attitude and resilience
- Willingness to learn and develop - support for CII/ACII qualifications available
- High levels of integrity and professionalism
- Salary of 45,000 - 50,000 depending on experience
