Who are we hiring?

The focus of this role will be to provide financial modelling and commercial support to enable the delivery of the significant new business pipeline. What will you be responsible for?

  • Work closely with the commercial team to provide financial modelling and commercial analysis for our new business pipeline
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Financial modelling \xe2\x80\x93 conduct all types of financial analysis (Cash flow, P&L, NPV etc) to support real estate transactions
  • Scenario analysis and sensitivity testing bespoke model in conjunction with commercial managers to advise our business development teams and clients
  • Advise, challenge and influence on any areas requiring finance judgement or expertise
  • Review lease agreements to ensure the financial underwriting accurately reflects the commercial position of the real estate transactions
What are we looking for?
  • Qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with experience in a commercial finance role (essential)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel for financial analysis.
  • Must be proficient with formulae such as Index Match, Sum ifs, and knowledge of Pivot Tables and have financial modelling experience
  • Experience of Power BI or Power Pivot would be useful
  • Used to working in a multicurrency environment
  • Understands and can advise on the commercial implications of decisions/options
  • Knowledge of lease accounting (IFRS16) and its commercial implications an advantage
What skills do you require?

  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience of pricing is required, supporting RFP\xe2\x80\x99s and tenders from a commercial perspective. Background in outsourcing is desirable.
  • Great initiative and a hands-on attitude \xe2\x80\x93 able to see issues as they arise and respond/escalate as needed
  • Capacity to work to tight deadlines when required
  • Strong analytical skills and mind-set
  • Eager to learn and absorb information from the team, process and contribute own viewpoint/opinion
  • Informal, effective communications style
  • Strong Excel and other application skills, knowledge of Power BI an advantage
