We are looking for an organised and effective person to join our Social Care

Commissioning Team as the Senior Commissioning Officer. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our social care contracts and placement finding systems including placement fee setting. You will work with internal colleagues and external providers to maintain specific contractual arrangements, negotiate annual uplifts and support social work teams with sourcing placements and agreeing placement costs. Supporting Service and Care Managers to ensure the services we commission are safe, efficient, and effective, and sustainably meet local needs.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.

i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

: County Hall (Rhadyr - Usk), NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
