The role




This role plays a key role in delivering high-quality internal communications while supporting the Group Communications Manager on External Communications. Responsibilities include managing the intranet and website, driving LinkedIn content, maintaining brand consistency across all channels, and supporting sponsorships and underwriting-related external campaigns. This role ensures staff remain informed and engaged, while reinforcing our external reputation through well-aligned messaging and branding.

Key accountabilities




External Communications



Support external communications across underwriting teams (including Pine Walk), brand, and sponsorship initiatives - including drafting press releases, award submissions, and product and event materials Collaborate with underwriters, function heads and Pine Walk MGAs to deliver consistent, brand-aligned messaging across digital channels, media, and thought leadership opportunities

Internal Communications & Platforms




Develop and deliver internal communication campaigns across all locations Manage and maintain the intranet and website, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and user-friendly Support leadership updates, change communications, and employee programmes

Digital Presence & Thought Leadership




Plan and deliver LinkedIn content for corporate accounts across the group Create posts that reflect our culture, expertise, and external positioning Contribute to underwriting and capacity-related communications, including drafting and coordination

Brand, Sponsorship & Visual Identity




Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms Support sponsorship activities and branded event opportunities Work with design resources to maintain high-quality visual outputs

Executive & Event Support




Prepare briefing notes and presentation materials for senior leadership events Liaise with underwriting teams to ensure clear, aligned messaging for external opportunities #

Skills & experience




Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) - desirable Professional accreditation (e.g., CIPR, CIM) desirable Strong understanding of digital communication tools and content management systems - desirable but not essential Internal and external communications planning and delivery Digital channel management (intranet, website, LinkedIn) Clear and engaging written communication Brand and visual identity alignment Collaborative stakeholder engagement Project and campaign coordination Leadership and event communication support Awareness of underwriting and financial services context #
