We're looking for a creative, tenacious, accomplished and kind communications expert who can help us join up our story telling across internal and external audiences, advise our executive leaders on engaging busy teams and colleagues with vital organisational change, and demonstrate the case-clinching evidence that communications expertise is a key part of NHS business.
You will play a key role in helping deliver Trust-wide campaigns that engage staff in improving safety and performance, reduce disparities in health care and outcomes, and build an authentic sense of belonging and development as staff learn and grow.
