We're looking for a driven and creative Senior Communications Executive to support and manage a variety of projects across internal and external communications. This role is based in the Customer team and is perfect for someone who's an exceptional writer, a confident project manager, and has a sharp eye for building brand presence across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
Internal Communications
Inspiring & Engaging Content:
Create people-first content that reflects our values and culture--celebrating
successes, spotlighting teams, sharing stories, and reinforcing our internal brand pillars which are - Everyone is Welcome, Be the Best Me, Fired Up Work Experiences and Be Part of More.
Campaigns & Events:
Support Nandoca (what we call our people) engagement initiatives and campaigns, including events.
Content Calendar Ownership:
Plan, manage, and maintain the internal communications content calendar to
ensure cadence, consistency, and alignment with key business milestones and
campaigns.
Operational Communications:
Support on sharing day-to-day information that Nandocas need to perform their
roles, and restuarants need to run brilliant shifts.
Channel Management:
Ensure effective use of all internal channels. Track engagement, gather feedback, and continuously improve how we communicate with our restaurant and Central Support teams.
External Communications
Help with storytelling around our employer value proposition externally.
Collaborate with Brand, People and external agencies.
Project Management
Coordinate and track progress across multiple communications initiatives.
Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.

The candidate should possess / be:
3+ years in internal communications, employee engagement, or a similar role--
ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or retail/hospitality business.
A strong writer and storyteller with a talent for turning complex or operational
information into easy-to-understand, engaging content.
Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a content or editorial
calendar.
Confident working across teams and with all levels of the business.
Comfortable with digital comms tools and platforms
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for people.
