Wexe2x80x99re looking for an experienced and motivated professional to join our Development Management team as a Senior Compliance and Enforcement Officer.In this key role, youxe2x80x99ll investigate breaches of planning control, negotiate solutions, and take formal enforcement action where needed. Youxe2x80x99ll carry out site visits, provide planning advice, prepare reports and legal notices, and represent the Council at appeals and in court.Youxe2x80x99ll need strong knowledge of planning law, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to manage complex enforcement cases.
