THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Partnerships Operations Manager, you'll have responsibility for the development and implementation of financial and operational performance monitoring systems and data, internal auditing and co-ordinating service improvement in Partnerships.
You'll lead, manage, and inspire the Contract Compliance Assistant to provide business support to the Partnerships Team, ensuring one point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and you'll ensure service improvements make best use of technology, reflect best practice and are firmly embedded, contributing to high colleague and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities will include:
Delivering a customer focused service which embraces Southern Housing's culture, current and future legislation, policy, procedure, and best practice.
Managing the Contract Compliance Assistant and be responsible for staff development including, training, 1 to1s, annual appraisals, and addressing performance issues.
Project managing specialist areas of work that will include portfolio-wide strategies, change management, procedure, and supporting systems, or coordinate projects working collaboratively with colleagues and residents ensuring clear and realistic milestones and success measures are achieved.
Collating and maintaining accurate records, data, and analytics for the Partnerships portfolio, including file management in shared drives and other systems.
Prepare and present reports and updates to the Partnerships Operations Manager, and senior management as appropriate.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Experience of managing projects and developing initiatives, working autonomously and with minimal direction.
Able to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively through different communication channels
Knowledge and previous experience in Housing and Contract Management
Strong customer service skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Excel
