With dedicated lecture theatres, seminar rooms and classrooms, our facilities cater to a wide range of clients -- from corporate and academic to training organisations and executive education providers.
We are currently seeking a Senior Conference and Events Coordinator to play a vital role in the development and coordination of our conference and event activities across all sites. This is a diverse and dynamic role, combining venue management, business development, customer service and system administration.
Key responsibilities:
Oversee events and swiftly resolve any unexpected issues, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Take administrative ownership of our venue booking system (currently KX), ensuring accuracy, efficiency and continuous development.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure repeat business and excellent service delivery.
Prepare quotes, financial contracts and ensure all booking details are accurate and communicated.
Represent our venues at industry events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
You will be proactive and driven with strong initiative and a continuous improvement mindset. You will have proven experience in sales and negotiation, coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality service to a range of clients. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are also essential.
