About the Role
We are seeking a senior-level Conference Producer who is
fluent in both English and Spanish
to join our dynamic events team. You will play a central role in developing strategic, commercially viable, and editorially excellent event programmes for a C-level technology audience.
This role requires a blend of editorial thinking, market research, speaker engagement, and project management. You will be responsible for owning the full production cycle -- from researching cutting-edge trends and building compelling agendas, to recruiting high-profile speakers and overseeing the successful delivery of both in-person and virtual conferences.
As a senior team member, you will also contribute to the development of new event formats, support junior producers, and play a visible role in extending our brand across bilingual markets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the research, design, and development of high-quality, market-driven conference agendas
Source and secure top-level speakers and thought leaders across English and Spanish-speaking regions
Conduct in-depth market research with senior IT, security, data, and digital leaders to identify timely, relevant themes
Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure event success
Drive innovation in agenda formats and delivery across live and virtual channels
Support business development with content strategy input and speaker suggestions
Requirements & Desired Skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential
Previous experience in conference production (minimum 2+ years preferred)
Strong editorial sensibility and the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail
Comfortable interviewing senior stakeholders and building relationships at C-level
Exceptional time management and project delivery skills
Confident in leading meetings and collaborating across cross-functional teams
Commercially aware, with an understanding of how content drives sponsorship and audience engagement
Passionate about technology, media, and thought leadership
A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
