You will work closely with the company leadership and the Director & Head of Conference Production to design and deliver impactful, policy-driven events. This includes shaping event agendas, identifying new opportunities, securing high-profile speakers and sponsors, and ensuring excellent programme execution.

Write compelling agendas, session descriptions, and contribute to promotional materials.

Lead and support business development efforts, identifying and securing sponsors and partners.
Represent Forum Europe onsite at events.
Contribute to post-event analysis and reporting.
Engage and support knowledge-sharing across the team.
Essential Criteria
Proven experience developing high-quality conference programmes or similar research-driven outputs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines.
Experience working with senior stakeholders.
A proactive approach to business and sponsorship development.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Interest in international and EU public policy.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally for meetings and conferences.
Desirable Experience
3+ years in conference production, public policy, business development, or related fields.
Understanding of political institutions and policymaking structures.

1.5 hours per weekday
6 hours total across a weekend (4 hours if travel occurs on only one day)
