About the Role
As a Senior Conference Producer, you'll produce and manage your portfolio of conferences from start to finish, combining market insight and strategic thinking. You'll engage directly with senior professionals, create compelling agendas, and collaborate across marketing, sponsorship, and event operations teams to deliver exceptional, commercially successful conferences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research and analyse industry trends to shape agendas and event strategy.
• Build and leverage a senior advisory network to enhance content credibility.
• Recruit high-profile speakers and develop commercially viable, engaging programs.
• Manage all aspects of event production
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure attendee satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing events and propose new conference launches.

Who You Are

• Experienced B2B Conference Producer with a track record of delivering revenue-generating business conferences - this is a commercial events environment.
• Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder able to engage senior business professionals.
• Strong research, analysis, and interviewing skills - curious, inquisitive, and commercially aware.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Creative, innovative, and able to spot new business opportunities in your sector.
• Enjoy and be confident with high-volume speaker outreach.
• Excellent writing skills for marketing content and professional communication.
