Construction Project Manager with strong sales ability
to help drive high-value project wins and oversee successful delivery.
The Role
We are looking for a commercially astute
Senior Project Manager
who is also confident in
closing construction projects
valued between
50,000 and 500,000+
.
This hybrid role combines
project delivery oversight with revenue generation
, targeting
1M+ monthly turnover
within 6 months. You will manage leads, close deals, coordinate execution, and lead junior project managers while ensuring each project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities -
Sales & Business Development
Convert qualified inquiries into signed construction projects
Close deals ranging from 50,000 to 300,000+
Build strong client rapport and secure upfront deposits
Generate new opportunities through:
Architect and interior design referrals
Local estate agents and property developers
Social and homeowner networks
Property events and community groups
Collaborate with the sales and design team to offer full turnkey packages
Project Management
Oversee all active construction sites from mobilisation to completion
Lead and mentor a team of junior project managers and trades
Manage timelines, procurement, materials, subcontractors, and inspections
Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations
Maintain site efficiency, quality control, and health & safety standards
Commercial & Strategic Leadership
Build a reliable and scalable sales pipeline targeting 1M/month within 6 months
Ensure team KPIs and targets are met across sales and delivery
Optimise operational costs and protect gross margins
Develop systems and workflows to streamline delivery and scale output
Report directly to the company founder and collaborate on growth initiatives
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in residential construction project management
Proven track record of closing high-value deals (50k - 500k+)
Excellent negotiation and client-facing skills
Strong network within the property, build or interiors sectors
Ability to lead, motivate and build high-performing teams
Understanding of build programs, drawings, contracts, and compliance
Commercially minded with focus on profitability, cash flow, and scaling
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end residential market
