We are currently seeking an experienced

Constructions/Civils Planner

to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work under each Schedule Lead and have proven experience in civil construction infrastructure projects. With 8-10 years of experience, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of major infrastructure works across the UK. Our team is multi-disciplinary, so a wide range of experience and/or willingness to learn is crucial.

You'll



Develop and maintain robust, realistic, and practicable construction schedules. Define the Basis of Estimate for the construction schedule scope (including key assumptions and exclusions). Work closely with Cost and Risk Management teams to ensure alignment of all estimates and assumptions. Support the QSRA process with the Risk team. Identify and manage key internal and external interfaces, including procurement, consents, and dependent projects. Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to ensure full buy-in to project schedules. Validate schedule estimates using benchmark data and design information (BIM) where available.

We're looking for:



Essential



8-10 years' planning experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects Proficient in Primavera P6 Knowledge and experience of Temporary Works Planning Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI) Excellent communication skills, including English language and visual presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) Ability to analyse and present information clearly and persuasively

Desirable



Experience working with BIM, parametric estimating, and 4D planning Qualified to degree level (engineering or related discipline) Formal project management qualifications such as APM or PRINCE2 Knowledge of procurement processes and contract forms (Alliances, NEC, JCT, FIDIC) Membership of a professional body (APM, ICE, CIOB)

Full right to work in the UK Based in London (this year), relocating to Ipswich from next year Requirement to attend site/office
