You'll be the go-to expert for clients and candidates, helping companies find their dream hires and guiding talented professionals to roles where they can make a real impact. And yes -- you get to have fun doing it!

Key Responsibilities:

Own full-cycle recruitment for clean energy and infrastructure roles - from sourcing to placement. Build strong relationships with clients and candidates - think trusted advisor, not just recruiter. Hunt down top talent, screen, interview, and match them with the right opportunities. Share your insights on the market, trends, and salaries - clients love a savvy consultant. Keep records organized in our CRM. Help grow the business by spotting new opportunities and spreading the FindTalent magic.

Required Skills/Abilities:

3-5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in

clean energy, infrastructure, or engineering sectors

. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - you're a people person! Strong business development skills with a proven track record of hitting targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment CRM systems. Knowledge of the US clean energy and infrastructure market.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting technical or engineering roles in clean energy or infrastructure. Existing network in the US clean energy and infrastructure sector. Ability to juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
