Our Asset Management Team has a significant track record of successful delivery across the Water and Infrastructure sectors. We support our Clients to help them drive performance and realise financial and social value from their assets. We do this by working with clients in a collaborative environment to provide strategic, resilient, sustainable, and innovative solutions to their performance issues. We work with client teams and stakeholders to unlock hidden data and provide insight into the performance of their asset base, helping them to work more effectively and make systems based, informed and timely decisions

Our continued success in supporting many of the UK\'s main utility providers and major infrastructure developers, brings significant growth across the group. As a result, we have many exciting future opportunities across the UK and are looking for inquisitive and passionate individuals at the following levels to be based from any of our Stantec office locations (with hybrid working available):

Consultant: Continue to develop your career in Asset Management by working alongside industry leaders, on exciting projects for clients across multiple sectors.

Senior Consultant: Bring your experience to our team where you will have the opportunity to develop your own career; working alongside industry leaders and helping to mentor and guide more junior colleagues. Become a key part of our Asset Management team and an important point of contact for our clients.

An important part of your role will be to identify wider improvement opportunities for clients to reduce risk and/or improve their effectiveness and efficiency. You will also build internal and external relationships to influence client\'s strategic thinking and raise the profile of our Asset Management group, with the overall aim of building and growing the Stantec business.

About You.

You will have experience in asset management with knowledge of the principles of whole life asset management. For our senior roles you will likely have experience working within a regulated sector - e.g. water, energy or infrastructure.

You will be comfortable working collaboratively to develop asset management strategies that will deliver value for our clients. You will be a strategic thinker and have excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
