Intalo Consulting designs and delivers highly tailored consulting solutions focussed on human capital management and workforce development, supporting our clients to effectively recruit, develop, manage, grow and retain talent. Established in Australia by C suite Executives in 2012, we have expanded this year into the United Kingdom, to deliver a major career guidance initiative in the Middle East.

We have extensive experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that facilitate sustainable employment and workforce optimisation. Our projects range from targeted development programs for large and diverse cohorts, anchored in industry needs, to countrywide employability eco-system design.

About the role

Join our consulting team to support the design, development, and delivery of a multi-channel, countrywide career guidance system. You will work on a high-impact project with the brief to build an innovative technology enabled approach to career education, guidance and employment services that will positively impact the lives of an entire population.

You will participate in global research and benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, strategy and policy development and the design of operating models and services for multiple delivery channels and diverse end users. This is a truly unique opportunity to drive workforce development at a systemic level that will deliver lasting social and economic impact.

Key responsibilities



Contribute to the successful execution of a complex workforce development program, ensuring deliverables align with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Undertake global research and benchmarking of best practice to inform the design of leading-edge solutions Develop evidence based, strategy and policy documents and supporting frameworks Design operating models and procedures for a range of delivery channels Work with SMEs to create services to support the career development and employability of diverse cohorts from primary schools to executive roles Create high-quality presentations, reports, and other reports and materials that clearly articulate human capital strategies, implementation plans, and progress updates.

About you



3+ years consulting experience gained in a big four, first or second tier consulting firm ideally in human capital management or similar Russell Group University graduate Experience in global benchmarking Experience in operating model and process design Experience in policy and framework development Outstanding writing ability with experience in the preparation of client reports Outstanding analytical ability, adaptability, problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong work ethic and attention to detail Experience in human capital management preferred Arabic speaking an advantage Must have full working rights in the UK

Pay: 60,000.00-65,000.00 per year
