Senior Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 The Role:

As a Senior Consultant you will provide expert advice (in the form of training, consultancy, coaching and/or project management) to clients, alone or as part of project team, assisting organisations or individuals to achieve their culture, leadership and safety goals. This is a hands-on consulting role, with work in the UK and wider EMEA region.

Critical Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects and work with client teams to lead them through change.
• Write reports for assessments and comparable deliverables.
• Deliver presentations, training sessions, meetings and workshops.
• Coach and advise supervisors, site level managers and executives on leadership, culture and change management.
• Adapt existing IP to new situations, develop new materials and pilot new products in support of product and service development.
• Create appropriate project culture for team success.
• Identify new business opportunities within client organisations and work to support new business generation.
• Collaborate with the Directors and VP\xe2\x80\x99s of both BD and Operations in all aspects of the above.

Customer Service & Team Work

• You will work collaboratively across departments outside of OSR Consulting \xe2\x80\x93 Client Services, Process Safety Consulting, Business Development, Marketing, IT, Finance and OPEX.
• You will define a high standard of quality and influence multiple projects simultaneously
• You will speak positively and enthusiastically about the company and its products and services, to ensure that a professional company and brand image is provided at all times to customers and colleagues.
• You will demonstrate the expected behaviours and practices listed in our Behavioural Vision.

Senior Consultant \xe2\x80\x93 What we need from you:

You will be an outcome focused, authentic, change agent. Strong interpersonal skills are a must. You will have proven problem-solving abilities and be action oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Essential:

• Minimum 10 years related experience, as a consultant, internal consultant, change agent or coach.
• Track record of delivering and managing multi-disciplinary programmes and client facing roles, ideally with experience in high hazard industries.
• Understanding of organisational change principles and safety concepts as applied to all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and delivering new product solutions in an evolving market.
• Proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management, both internal and external.
• Understanding of / and ability to drive project profitability.
• Experience in public speaking and/or senior level group facilitation.
• Ability to display the desired consulting competencies of Trusted Influence, Credibility, Focus & Drive, Customer Focus, Teamwork & Collaboration, Effective Communication, Time Management on status and forecast reporting and working to deadlines.

Desirable:

• International business experience preferred.
• Second European language.
• Basic statistical and data correlation concepts.
