The Extended Enterprise team assists in identifying, evaluating and mitigating risks associated with external business relationships. Our services focus on improving the maturity of our client's Third Party Management (TPM) maturity, covering both third party risk management (TPRM) and contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities. This includes setting up Third Party Management frameworks to deploying technologies to manage third parties. The Extended Enterprise team is leading the growth of TPRM and CLM technology implementations across all industries, through building strong relationships with leading vendors and combining this product knowledge with market leading TPRM and CLM expertise.


We have a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join our UK-based team as a TPM Technology Solution Consultant, to help support the growth of our TPM implementation capability as well as deliver large-scale TPM technology implementations. The role would involve working directly with senior leaders within the team to deliver the implementation of cloud based SaaS TPRM and/or CLM solutions to clients, including the integration of these solutions with existing client platforms. In addition, the role will provide a great opportunity to develop leading methodologies for delivery of these implementation projects and to support eminence activity with key TPRM and CLM technology vendors.

As a TPM Technology Solution Consultant with experience of large scale technology implementations, you will have responsibility for:

Analysing a client's TPRM and/or CLM processes, and identifying configuration and integration opportunities for the client's selected TPRM and/or CLM technology. Developing an end-to-end implementation plan based on the TPRM and/or CLM technology selected. Drafting integration strategies for the implementation. Shaping integration solutions that meet the client's TPRM and/or CLM business requirements. Leading delivery of detailed integration architecture including software and infrastructure components - considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance. Creating and maintaining integration documentation where required for the implementation. Supporting the business and technical teams during design, build, test and deployment phases of a TPRM and/or CLM Technology Implementation. Configuration of a cloud based platform to meet client's TPRM and/or CLM business requirements.

We are really interested in hearing from people who have the following exposure:

Technical solution or equivalent experience, ideally including on large scale, complex cloud based SaaS implementations or equivalent. Specific experience with configuring and implementing TPRM or Contract Management Technologies would be preferable (Aravo, ProcessUnity, Icertis, Coupa Risk Assess, Docusign CLM, Coupa CLMA, Sirion and ServiceNow or equivalents). Experience of acting within a Solution Architect or equivalent role. Good understanding of the different integration vendors and technologies, and key differences between these. Proven expertise in an IT development or equivalent background.

A successful individual will demonstrate the following behaviours, capabilities and experience:

Proactive, self-starter & committed individual seeking to add value in the role. Ability to plan and control while managing changing environment and priorities. Strong ability to build professional relationships and rapport with Extended Enterprise team and its clients. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, both internally and externally with clients and third parties, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels. An individual with deep experience of delivering cloud based SaaS implementations in large, global organisations with multiple work streams and stakeholders is preferred. An individual with knowledge or experience working in the area of Third Party Risk / Assurance and/or professional services would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
