Job Purpose:



Our Senior Content Creator will play a pivotal, hands-on role in producing engaging, on-brand, and high-quality content across various formats. This role is ideal for a highly experienced and self-sufficient creative professional who can hit the ground running -- someone who thrives on turning briefs into brilliant content with minimal supervision.You'll be part of a supportive and dynamic creative team where your ideas, insight, and initiative are valued. While this is not a strategic or managerial position, you'll be expected to bring fresh ideas, collaborate confidently, and support others in developing their creative thinking.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: Video Content Creation



Own the full lifecycle of video production -- scripting, filming, coordinating, editing, and final delivery Understanding social media platforms, formats, trends, and knowing when to use short-form versus long-form video content. Ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance across all video work. Manage and maintain video content folders for easy access by the wider team.

Graphic & Marketing Asset Development



Design visually striking digital and offline materials, such as: Leaflets, Posters, Brochures, Social media graphics, Roller banners. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure content aligns with current campaigns.

Project Delivery



Independently manage multiple content projects simultaneously. Respond to briefs with creativity and clarity, asking the right questions to deliver effectively. Ensure content is delivered on time and adheres to brand standards.

Tools & Workflow



Use a range of creative tools including: Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, CapCut, Brevo (or other CRM/email tools). Organise and track work using Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Jira. Able to understand complex instructions for a variety of projects, with a can-do attitude.

Reporting & Communication



Share progress in monthly marketing catch-ups. Log daily updates via Jira or other task management tools.

Qualifications & Experience



- Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Experience: At least 3-5 years in a similar content creation role.- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work is essential.- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling techniques, and multi-platform delivery.

Pay: 28,000.00-31,000.00 per year
