who lives and breathes creativity -- someone who can bring our brand to life through video, memes, clever editing, and killer content ideas.

What you'll do:

Own our content game across all social platforms - tailor-made for each audience Work closely with our London showroom creator and Marketing lead - keep it collaborative*
Be the ideas machine - trends, memes, madness, we want it all Pull the team into the action - warehouse legends to office heroes, everyone's part of the show Oversee and manage our weekly YouTube BTS vid - lights, camera, you*
Keep HubSpot ticking over with scheduled content Save and sort all the golden content nuggets from across the business - fitters, London crew, warehouse and beyond

What we're looking for:

5+ years content creation experience - proper experience, not just a 'vibe' Proven record of growing social channels - we want the numbers Strong understanding of how to speak to each platform's audience Quick-thinking, trend-jumping creative genius A sharp sense of humour and understanding of British pop culture - if you don't know who Phil Mitchell is, we've got a problem A people person who can rally a team and get everyone involved Full UK driving licence (you'll need to drive to our fitting projects occasionally to get content) Willing to hop on a train to our London showroom at least once a month
