The Senior Content Manager is part of the Insights, Analytics and Marketing (IA&M) team whose purpose is to accelerate net revenue by driving client demand. The IA&M team is diverse in terms of both demographics and experience with an empathetic culture that puts employee and client needs at the center. This role sits within the EMEA and North America Investment Content team.

What we are looking for:

We are searching for our next Senior Content Manager in our London office. In this role you will encourage and build compelling investment content that puts marketing at the centre of Invesco\'s commercial success. This is a global role that collaborates closely with other global content creators and curators, investment professionals, country/segment marketing, digital marketing and more broadly with a matrixed network of partners within the business.

Among your responsibilities you will:

Work closely with the Director, Investment Content, North Americas (NA) & EMEA to define and deliver on content\'s investment content strategy across the region, build and lead a strong team while aligning and evolving processes and standard methodology investment and product content across marketing.

Develop and mentor a team of content professionals (up to 4 direct reports) towards dedication and lead others to tackle complex problems where significant initiative and independent judgement is required.

Interpret and collaborate on country and segment marketing briefs, objectives and quarterly plans to deliver inspiring and integrated client-centric and commercially and strategically aligned content plans across the marketing funnel.

Collaborate closely with product and investment teams across multiple asset classes and capabilities (namely Fixed Income, Equities, Private Markets, Multi-Asset, Models and SMAs) to define content scopes, roles and responsibilities and timelines, in line with the client demand grid and segment/country activation plans.

Manage a portion of the investment content team responsible for briefing, creating and curating investment and product content, mostly in written format. Additionally, brief and partner closely with our internal and external content and video teams and agencies to deliver against defined scopes.

Guide team output in line with the agreed themes and adopt an attitude of repeat and reuse, to support the adaption of content to increase relevance by client segment and region.

Ensure that activation strategy and segment priorities, research, measurement, planning, technology and guides our content output by partnering from the beginning within the team and across marketing SMEs.

What you can bring:

Significant experience producing content, with B2B or asset management experience a clear advantage

Some people management experience

Experience guiding the creation and curation of content for activation across digital and traditional media

Experience with standard process across a variety of content formats including long-form written, short-form written, video, audio (podcasts), infographics, and dynamic and interactive content

Knowledge of investment approaches, financial markets, asset classes and investment / financial concepts

Understanding of Asset Management customers, products, competitors

Digital strategy rooted in engagement, recognising when time-on-site takes priority over page clicks

Positive relationship management/collaborator management experience

Knowledge of insights-, metrics- and objectives-based marketing principles

Proficiency in Italian, German, Spanish or French would be an advantage

Upbeat and positive, enjoys working at in a fast-paced environment

Intellectual curiosity that drives critical thinking and ideas coupled with a \xe2\x80\x9cget it done\xe2\x80\x9d attitude where you are willing to roll up your sleeves to move projects through the pipeline with focus and efficiency
