Support specialist education and training to primary healthcare team and Local Authority.

4.2.4 Liaise with appropriate agencies, ensure partnership working, joint educational initiatives and service development to meet the children's NSF's target of integrated continence service.
4.2.5 Ensure own compliance in compliance of others about mandatory training related to Continence Care.
Managerial
4.3.1 Support the service led to line manage individuals working within the integrated Children's Continence Service.
4.3.2 Deputise for the service Lead.
4.3.3 Ensure effective use of physical and financial resources.
4.3.4 Undertake clinical supervision of nursing individuals or group basis.
4.3.5 Support clinicians regarding expert knowledge, identified development needs and perform appraisal reviews with the Children's Continence Team
4.3.4 Act as a mentor to students and other members of the Team
4.3.5 Contribute to the development continence policies, considering changes in clinical practice.
4.3.6 Submit reports on any untoward incident involving patient or staff and ensure the staff report incidents appropriately.
4.3.7 Ensure the service led to ensure that the developments within the Continence Service considers local, national, and professional priorities and inform the Wirral Places vision.
4.4 Research, Evaluation and Audit
4.4.1 Participate in research and audit with the speciality, local and nationally, interpreting and analysing the results of the data.
4.4.2 Critically appraise and disseminate current prevalent research.
4.4.3 Implement encourage evidence-based practice in all aspects of Continence Care.
4.4.4 Disseminate research on audit findings through professional groups.
4.4.5 Promote patient and public involvement.
Finance
4.5.1 Support the service lead and ensuring the service remains within budget.
4.5.2 Acts in accordance with Standard Financial instructions always.
4.5.3 Participate in the procurement and evaluation of projects ranges.
