We are seeking an experienced Senior Contract Manager to lead and oversee all contract management activities on large-scale or strategic projects.


This role ensures compliance with Fluor's Contract Management Practices, while providing expert guidance throughout the contracting lifecycle--from strategy development to close-out.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Contract Management Process: Oversee all phases--Pre-Award, Post-Award, and Close-Out--in line with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Project Procedures Manual (PPM). Develop Contracting Strategies: Create and approve strategies for sourcing, negotiation, award, execution, and administration of various contract types. Ensure Quality: Take ultimate responsibility for the quality of RFP packages and contract documents. Collaborate Across Teams: Manage interfaces with Project Management, Construction, Project Controls, Quality, Safety, Finance, Clients, and Joint Venture Partners. Risk Management: Protect company interests by enforcing warranties, mitigating risks, and overseeing claims and back charges. Lead Large Projects: Direct contract management activities for major EPFC/EPFCM projects with multi-office execution. Additional Duties: Support bid evaluations, negotiate terms, and contribute to strategic functional initiatives.
Basic Job Requirements
Master's degree in business, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field (or global equivalent). Minimum 15 years in contract management, subcontract administration, and procurement for engineering and construction projects.

+ In-depth knowledge of local and international contracting principles and legal terms.
+ Ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

Other Job Requirements
Develop waivers for bonding policies. Ensure timely contractor payments. Manage processes to avoid claims and assist in equitable settlements. Provide consultative support to senior leadership. Travel to project sites as needed.

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.

Salary Range: 80,000.00 - 148,000.00
