The Role

We're looking for an experienced

Senior Contracts Manager

to lead the successful delivery of our facade remediation projects nationwide. You'll take ownership of contract performance, programme delivery, and compliance, ensuring all projects meet

BSR requirements

and

Golden Thread standards

.

You'll work closely with site teams, project managers, and senior leadership, using

Bolster Systems

for compliant documentation and

Asta Powerproject

to create and manage robust project programmes, making sure everything is delivered safely, accurately, and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading multiple facade remediation contracts from start to finish Ensuring full BSR and Golden Thread compliance Creating and managing programmes Supporting and guiding site teams to deliver projects the right way Working with clients, consultants, and regulators as the senior contractual lead Helping shape systems, processes, and best practice as ALU continues to grow

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Manager (facade, fire remediation, or construction) Strong understanding of BSR, fire safety compliance, and Golden Thread requirements Confident managing programmes, contracts, and stakeholder relationships A proactive leader who enjoys building, improving, and growing teams
