Senior Contracts Manager - Role Overview
Lead the delivery of construction and steelwork projects, ensuring safety, quality, programme and budget targets are met Lead and develop the contracts team, setting clear accountability and performance standards Report to the Operations Director on project performance, risk, programme and commercial outcomes
Commercial & Operational Management
Manage programmes, subcontractors, resources and cash flow in collaboration with commercial, production and procurement teams Oversee valuations, applications for payment, contractual notices and change control Proactively manage risk, delays and disputes, ensuring full compliance with contract, legal and H&S requirements
Clients, Leadership & Growth
Support tenders and pre-contract activities with technical and buildability expertise Build strong client and supply-chain relationships as a senior company representative Drive continuous improvement, consistency and team development to support business growth
Ideally, you will live in the East Midlands and you will be based in our Loughborough headquarters with travel and site visits across the UK. You will have a experience of delivering steel work in the infrastructure markets including rail, bridges, highways and energy.
