Southfields Care home Rated GOOD by CQC provides exceptional levels of support to older persons living with Dementia, Physical disabilities or /and Sensory impairments.

What will you be doing?
To be responsible for the day-to-day preparation and cooking of meals for the elderly residents within your team. To include modified textured, diets.
Supervise and support other experienced kitchen staff.
Take charge of the annual budget.
Liaise with suppliers to order and receive goods.
Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety standards are met.
Working 37 hours per week to include, alternate weekends. Between 8am - 6pm.
About you
Previous experience within a kitchen/catering environment, ideally as a senior or lead a team.
Relevant qualifications within Food Hygiene.
Proven ability to budget.
Possess the understanding of the importance of treating each resident's request as paramount.
