About the role


We are looking for a

Senior Cost Estimator

to join our technical architecture and design team, supporting boutique hospitality and high-end residential projects. The role focuses on cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement support across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities Extract quantities from architectural and engineering drawings Maintain cost summaries across design stages Support procurement and tendering, including bid comparisons Review and challenge contractor and supplier proposals Build and maintain cost benchmarks Prepare clear cost reports for internal stakeholders

Requirements

10+ years of experience in construction cost estimation Experience with hospitality and/or high-end residential projects Proven work on projects valued at $20M+ Background in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying, architecture, or related field Strong understanding of construction technologies and sequencing Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills Ability to work with AutoCAD and Revit Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes Professional working English and international project exposure
