In your new role as a Senior Course Administrator, you will be working with the Academic Administration Manager and Course Administrators utilising your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities. Your role will support administration across the student lifecycle to ensure the delivery of high-quality user-focused services including: handling enquiries; providing information and advice on University-wide services; policies and procedures; and exam board servicing.
You will provide support and leadership to a team of course administrators, focusing on assessment, and quality and standards processes, adhering to deadlines and applying a good knowledge of relevant regulations. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail will be required as you will also be responsible for the accurate and timely maintenance of student, curriculum and assessment records using relevant university IT systems.
To be successful in this role you should have:

  • Experience of delivering a broad range customer-focussed enquiry and support services.
  • Experience of carrying out a range of organisational and administrative duties.
  • The ability to produce written communications clearly and concisely.
  • Work proactively to ensure effective service delivery.
  • The ability to use Microsoft Office computer programs to a high standard.
The role is based in the School of Business and Law on our Moulsecoomb Campus but there are opportunities for some remote working too.
This post is a full-time (37.0 hours per week) permanent position, and we welcome applications from candidates seeking to job share.
