Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager - EU & UK

We are recruiting for a Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager to join our AWESOME EU & Uk Growth Team!
As the Senior Creative & Media Marketing Manager EU & UK, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns and activations that drive consumer demand and deliver revenue targets for your cluster. Collaboration with specialist teams such as Global Brand, Global Insights & Strategy, and Merlin Magic Making will be essential to ensure impactful execution.
Your responsibilities will include contributing to the development of marketing strategies that align with business objectives, leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, and managing creative development from brief to delivery. You will ensure brand consistency across all marketing activities, working closely with Global Brand teams and external agencies. Additionally, you will leverage customer insights and analytics to inform marketing plans, adapt global activity for local market relevance, and provide leadership that fosters creativity and collaboration.
You will also manage cluster marketing budgets, deliver regular reporting and insights to senior leadership, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. This role requires a dynamic marketer with strong commercial acumen, a passion for entertainment and tourism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in marketing roles, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, tourism, or retail sectors.
• Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within complex organisations and collaborating across teams.
• Leadership and people management experience, directly or indirectly.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of using data-driven insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI.
• Robust commercial understanding of marketing's role in business performance.
• A passion for the entertainment and tourism industry with a customer-first approach.
