We're looking for a
Senior Creative Strategist
who can turn insight into ideas that people actually care about. Someone who's fluent in culture, data, and the digital landscape -- able to see the connections between platforms, audiences, and behaviour, and use that understanding to shape bold, conversation-starting creative.
You'll sit at the intersection of strategy and creativity, developing
social-first ideas
,
earned-media activations
, and
brand experiences
that drive talkability, visibility and measurable impact. From PR-driven stunts and influencer collaborations to reactive social campaigns and full-scale brand activations -- you'll create work that earns attention and drives performance.
What you'll do
Lead creative ideation
across social, influencer and digital PR -- generating ideas that are culturally relevant, insight-driven and built for shareability.
Develop
activation concepts
that live in the real world (experiential, OOH, stunts) and are amplified through digital, influencer and social channels.
Use audience insight, platform data and behavioural trends to inform ideas -- identifying where brand and culture intersect.
Collaborate closely with the
Social, PR, Influencer and Media teams
to ensure creative ideas deliver both brand impact and commercial performance*.
Work with the Effectiveness and Measurement team
to ensure all concepts are designed for measurability -- building in clear metrics to evaluate creative success across brand and performance outcomes.
Partner with the creative and production teams to turn strategy into execution -- from narrative and format direction to briefing and concept sign-off.
Present and sell ideas confidently to clients, clearly linking creative thinking to business and brand objectives.
Build and maintain an internal
idea intelligence hub
-- tracking cultural trends, reactive opportunities, and platform innovations.
Contribute to agency-wide creative thinking, helping shape what "creative at scale, performance without compromise" means in practice.
About you
You have experience as a
creative strategist, planner, or social-first creative
within an integrated, digital or PR agency.
You understand the
digital ecosystem
-- how paid, earned and owned channels work together to amplify ideas.
You're equally comfortable dissecting audience data as you are writing a killer creative hook.
You thrive on
insight-driven creativity
-- using real human truths and data to spark fresh ideas.
You know how to make brands relevant within culture: through social storytelling, influencer collaborations, PR hooks or large-scale activations.
You're collaborative, articulate and commercially aware -- able to align creativity with business performance.
You stay ahead of trends and platform shifts -- not just following culture, but shaping how brands can add to it.
