RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE.
Build, configure and execute campaigns and automated journeys in the CRM platform to align with the overall business goals. Audience selection, triggers, scheduling, tagging, and delivery monitoring.
Define behavioural and transactional cohorts, implement dynamic personalisation rules, and maintain audience hygiene to ensure relevance and improvement at all times.
Develop and implement automated campaigns for lifecycle marketing helping to guide users through key stages of the app (e.g., install > free trial > paid subscription).
Design and run A/B testing, analyse data, and iterate on messaging, timing and frequency to maximise impact, engagement, conversion and ROI.
Create highly targeted, real-time campaign segments through a strong understanding of user attributes, events, and behavioural data within CRM platforms.
Track and interpret campaign and funnel metrics, maintain dashboards, produce concise insights and recommendations, and coordinate with the wider team for future improvements.
Work closely with the app and marketing teams as well as external partners to build, implement and deliver optimised customer journeys and timely campaigns.
Understand strategy flows, suitable channels (in-app message, email and push notification) and rules and parameters in the CRM platform.
Conduct research to identify content gaps, opportunities and trending topics.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for future targeted marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure we are using the latest technology and strategies to help achieve wider business goals using CRM
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 years experience working in CRM
Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Batch, Clevertap, or Braze
Basic HTML knowledge is preferable
Strong data analysis skills with experience in KPI reporting and A/B testing
Experience with customer segmentation and personalisation strategies
Excellent copywriter and proof-reader
Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow through on projects, meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to create engaging content for a wide variety of markets and audiences
Experience of marketing to the 17-25 demographic is preferable
Full UK driving licence holder
OTHER INFORMATION:
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday - 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. with one hour's lunch and on Friday, 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. with half hour's lunch.
This is an office based role with some hybrid working dependant on location.
