We're looking for a

Senior CRM Executive

to join our dynamic Customer Engagement team, with a special focus on the veterinary sector.



This is a unique opportunity to work on high-impact, co-branded campaigns for our many vet practice partnerships while also supporting core Animal Friends Insurance brand communications.



As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll take the lead on planning, delivering, and optimising multi-channel customer campaigns across the full lifecycle - from acquisition and onboarding to retention and re-engagement.

Base salary: up to 36420



What you'll be doing:





Leading the execution of co-branded CRM campaigns in collaboration with our vet practice partners, ensuring consistency and high-quality messaging across email, SMS, and onsite touchpoints. Delivering targeted and personalised campaigns throughout the customer journey using segmentation and lifecycle marketing techniques. Supporting CRM activity for the core AFI brand, including onboarding, renewal, and re-engagement strategies. Managing the end-to-end CRM campaign process - from brief to deployment - ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and compliance. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams including Digital, Customer Service, Claims, and Compliance to align messaging and improve customer experience. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, generating insights and driving continual optimisation of key metrics like retention, engagement, and LTV. Identifying and addressing customer pain points with CRM-driven solutions and continuously improve transactional communications. Ensuring all activity aligns with GDPR and internal data privacy standards.

We're looking for someone with:





Proven experience in planning and delivering CRM campaigns and communications, within the veterinary or pet insurance industry. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools, managing multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills - confident interpreting customer data to improve campaign performance. Excellent relationship, stakeholder management skills & a collaborative mindset. B2B2C experience or working across a regulated, customer-centric business.
